Porting from Virgin Mobile to O2

I have been switched from Virgin Mobile to O2, I was told my number would be ported over as part of the renewal, but has not so I unable to receive calls. How long should this switch take?

When did you swap and has your Virgin SIM disconnected?

There is a good chance Virgin never did pass on the request.

If your Virgin SIM is active text PAC and your DOB to 65075
