We have very poor signal strength in this location ([Removed]) usually 1 bar or no signal, on 3 mobile phones, this is extremely frustrating, when making calls the call constantly drops out and more often than not we have to switch to land line, checking on O2 signal strength checker for this location it shows no issues

Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry.

Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it.

We're currently working to improve the quality of coverage in this area. While our engineers carry out their work, you may find your signal drops in and out – sorry if this happens.

We're doing our best to minimise any impact on the local signal.

@Barry27 Until the mast is repaired use WiFi calling, if your phone is compatible:

Wifi and 4G Calling explained | O2

Wifi and 4G Calling | Help & Support | O2

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
