Poor signal iPhone 12

I recently upgraded to an iPhone 12 but the phone signal is absolutely shocking. I get a max 2 bars on 4g but it’s constantly dropping to 3G. 

Anyone else had these issue??

It's a commonly reported issue.

Get Apple to check your phone https://www.apple.com/uk/retail/geniusbar/

I also have a contract that is using the iPhone 12 Pro, which is with my sister

She has reported issues with the coverage and device dropping signal for a number of weeks now

 

Any advice, any dedicated O2 support as this phone is very new and needs resolving promptly
