I’m getting no help with my device it’s been a couple of months now. I’ve heard nothing what is going on you expect me to pay but don’t provide me the service I pay for. Useless

@Payingcustomer If your issue isn't account related, you can ask your questions here. There are members of the community who have good knowledge about many different devices.
Alternatively, you can also call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby for help with your device, or contact the manufacturer directly for support.
