Having transferred from another provider, and given my PAC code, my old number has not transferred. Having called on numerous occasions to be given a different response, I now have lost the new temporary number also.
My app shows the temporary number yet I get an email that states my old number.
There is no communication from 02, always me doing the chasing.
Customer service is absolutely appalling.

Hi @Rob18 - sorry to hear you have been getting frustrated with O2 Customer Service - I am tagging in one of the Forum's O2 Advisors, @O2Lisa who is on from 08:00 this morning - keep an eye on your Forum Messages, the envelope top-right - hopefully she can help you get up and on your feet with your new SIM and the correct number.
