Poor coverage after moving to O2 from Tesco

I switched from Tesco Mobile to O2 in July looking for a better deal.  I went with O2 as I know Tesco use their network and coverage had always been good with them.

Since switching signal has been poor for calls and 4G. I don't know if coincidence or not. Coverage checker is saying problem with a mast in my area, but would that cause problems for over 2 months? Really regretting moving but wondering if would now have problems with Tesco if I'd stayed with them.

You would have had the same problem if you stayed with Tesco I'm afraid. O2 are working on many masts currently and won't give a timescale for fixing them. You can download the My Network app and be able to report issues and get updates.
