@JM19 If you've only just paid it can take up to 48 hours for payment to clear O2's account. To avoid this problem in the future, set up a Direct Debit.

Then call the Payment Management Team for free on +44800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
