Hello..

my phone signal is rubbish around by my house when I’m on a phone call but it says I have 4g/5g. This was the case with my old o2 phone but I thought it was the phone. Now I have a new phone with o2 i still have the same problem. Can I get this sorted or I will need to find a new network with better service. Thanks

See if any of this guide can help @Jack18

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

You can also try using WiFi calling - you would need o2 to turn it on on your account, then turn it on in your My o2 and finally turn it on on your phone.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

O2 might not be the best in your area. Check the coverage of other companies and see if you have better luck. Here are some links.

Virgin media:

O2:

Vodafone:

BT:

Three:

EE:

Decide what is best and if you want to, make the switch from O2 to a different network
