My phone services have been switched off after me speaking to one of your colleagues today and he told me that they will not be switched off till next week as I am having money issues, I am disgusted as my services have been switched of at such an inconvenient time this is unacceptable as I have had problems consecutively for 3 days.

This isnt Customer Services but is a Customer to Customer Forum.

 

You will need to speak to payment management in the morning, as they are the only ones who can authorise to stop lines been suspended.
