On the website the phone is listed as in stock (Samsung S21 Phantom Grey) however after purchasing the phone I have received an email saying that the phone it out of stock. I was never given any indication at any point when purchasing the phone that it was out of stock until after. I was wondering if there was any indication of when the phone would be in stock again / when I would receive the phone I purchased.

We know, this is a common problem with O2. They have never had a live stock ordering system like Argos or Amazon. We wouldn't know when new stock is expected. Sorry
