Phone not showing 5g

My phone is showing LTE at the top of my phone, it should be showing 5G, my mobile data is on, also the wife's phone is showing 4G. My phone has been like this for awhile is there anything in settings l have overlooked?

You need a 5g phone, with 5g turned on in settings.

A 5g sim. and be in a 5g area http://status.o2.co.uk/

Also only available on contract.

Sim and network settings.

There is also a 5g bolt on required if everything else is good.
