I started working from home last week and have had a very hard time establishing a stable internet connection. Since Wednesday I have been checking online and it says there is an problem with a phone mast in my area. This is updated hourly to say it is still not fixed. Do we have any idea when it will be fixed?
No one can know and O2 will never tell either.
It's being worked on and will be fixed asap is all we can say.
