I’ve had my phone blocked due to losing it but have now found it and it just seems impossible talking to cs to get it removed can anyone help.

@Andy_g_47 You need to speak to customer service.
Call 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402. If you have no phone to use download Skype to call the freephone numbers: Guide: A Guide to Skype 
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

I’ve called 02 on 4 occasions now and all they tell me is there isn’t any bars on my phone and try turning it on and off. 
waited over 24 also like they said and still nothing

@Andy_g_47 I would suggest calling in store if you have one nearby and let them give you a new sim with your account details on it. Be sure to bring identification with you.
