Phone asking for MCK code

Hi Folks,

I had an old Samsung phone which I passed on to my nephew to use several months ago.  He has been using it SIM free only connecting to wifi for home use.

My sister just brought him a SIM card to use, but the phone was locked to O2 and it seems he's attempted to unlock himself, resulting in the phone now asking for an MCK code.

I've done a few google searches which pointed me to this forum, if anyone can help retrieve the code I'd appreciate it a lot, I'll also call customer services tomorrow morning (Would going into an O2 shop also help?)

Many thanks for any assistance anyone can give, the poor boy is quite upset

You'll need help from @Dave-O2
