Received a letter saying account been passed to Moorcroft Debt Recovery but had no messages saying I owe anything. How do I pay the outstanding 13.31??

Bear in mind that the passing of a debt, even a small one, to a Debt Collection Agency might have had a detrimental impact on your credit score. If that is likely to be of importance to you in the foreseeable future, you might want to check it out after settling with Moorcroft. 👍

Not "might" it definitely will, unfortunately.

It will stay on the credit file for 6 years with very little recourse.
