Hi am trying to pay my phone bill but I’ve been cut off even my signal has gone off so I can’t ring to pay my bill and I can’t get txt when am trying to log in on my 02 account thanks

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202
or 0344 809 0202 (or Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help
