Hi my next bill includes Disney but I cancelled it already. I need to get my money back.

I saw an answer to someone else with the same problem but the phone number doesn't work. You get given 2 options. 1. to make a payment or 2. Billing. Pressing 2 just generates a text with your balance, then she says "bye". Saying nothing eventually leads to "press star for anything else" but that gets the same result as 2. The number I tried was 08009020217.

Help ! I am going round in circles.

@Mumksb94

How to cancel it here Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Sorry, that's the answer I already read. The phone number doesn't work, as mentioned in my original post.

I already cancelled Disney off my account ages ago.

If I go to my account it's not listed as an extra.

If I try and watch Disney I can't.

But I'm being charged for it

There is more than one number in the link, if you find one not working, try another and calling at 8.00am when it's least busy is best.
