Hi, I changed over my phone from o2 to giffgaff and got a email saying I have an outstanding bill to pay. I am unable to pay for it as I can’t log into my 02 account or app anymore and unable to find any other ways of paying. Wondering if someone could help out and point me in the right direction

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
