My old 02 sim is now inactive but my new sim card number hasn't changed.

Hopefully done today, otherwise it will be next week as the porting team don't work weekends

Just reading back, if this is O2 to O2 then you don't use a PAC
As the old sim is inactive now you may need customer service to do the migration.
