I have just moved to O2 and have received a PAC vote from my previous supplier, which I entered online when purchasing the phone. My number still has changed to my previous number, can someone help to explain how I need to do this? Thanks.

@JLH

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks

Guide: Migration & porting into O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

We get reports of this quite a lot on the community @JLH.

Follow the instructions in the guide that @MI5 posted and you should get the number moved over.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
