Hi
Ordered new phone via upgrading contract before Christmas. Email said was out of stock and would let me know when back in stock. Would like to speak to someone to find out when this might be, didn't realise it would take so long! How do you actually get to speak or live chat someone at o2!!

I’ve just cancelled my order for the same exact reason 7 days not a word from O2 spoke to customer services today as on the website it’s says next day delivery for the exact phone was told “but you didn’t order it today !!” So I cancelled the order no word on when I’ll get my money back tho
