@MartinSumpter It's the idiotic O2 automated system message that gets sent when customers are moved to the new billing system.

Instead of correcting the message so it doesn't confuse customers and prompts them to post an unending number of similar posts to yours here, they persist in sending it out. Total stupidity on O2's part.
