Order Tracking

Hi,

I placed an order for a Nintendo Switch and the money has been taking from my bank, It said this would be delivered on Monday the 17th but I haven't received any emails or confirmations. 

I can see that the orders been place but it isn't showing any other tracking, Can someone help?
