Hi there

how do I find out when network will be back to normal? I’ve signed up for updates but the issue has been going on for well over a month (could be over 2) and I just keep getting texts to say ‘sorry our engineers are working on it’ with no explanation as to why it’s taking so long etc.

my coverage dips in and out to the point I’ve stopped trying to make calls!

@ladyseddon

No way of knowing any more than you know already, sorry.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202  (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

o2 don't give dates for when a repair should be complete (and the other networks don't either) @ladyseddon

It could be due to delays in getting parts, issues getting access to the mast or a host of other things.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
