Solved: Ongoing Internet Issues

My phone will frequently not load the internet, taking ages to attempt to load and then crashing altogether. It has been ongoing for a long time. It can either be whilst on WIFI or on 4G/5G and it doesn't seem to make a difference and I still have problems loading either way.

If it is also effecting wifi it sounds like a phone issue.

No signal or data

I have switched provider and can't access the bill...
