My old mobile number has been transferred and to test I phoned my husband no problems there, however if he phones me all he gets is my old supplier voicemail so people can't ring me, any ideas welcome please !!!!

Sounds like the port has been completed by your previous network,in changing the call routing.
Also check your voicemail on your phone hasnt got the previous networks voicemail details in.
If not then speak to o2,
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this Thanks
