Hello I ve got a new contract..should I just cancel the  direct debit of my old one?

Hi @Bilbo 

If your old contract was with O2 and you UPGRADED, then leave the Direct debit in place as your bill will come out the same day. However if your new contract is with someone else then you need to wait until O2 generate the final bill.

If you need further help you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
