I am looking for old bills, I have been with O2 for years but on the dropdown list for old bills I can only see 2 options, this months and last months bills.
How on earth do you get hold of anyone at O2 to sort this out? The never ending loop on the support link is like the twilight zone.

There is a known issue with billing that O2 are trying to fix.
