Hi, I am no longer receiving OTP codes from my banks and now Amazon. I was told by Natwest to contact my provider and check there is nothing restricting them their end. I contacted O2 via web chat and was assurred that as I can receive texts from them then it was not their issue. Since then I have discovered that Santandar and Amazon OTP codes are not coming through wither. I have no idea to actually talk to someone in O2 and I think if this problem persists then I will change my network. I am trying this in the hope it is resolvable.

Yes I have switched my phone off and on again!!

Try these tips Guide: Text Message Tips (not sent or received)

Or call (not chat).

All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Gebe21

You need to call, not chat as specifically advised above.

One time passwords (OTP's) from Amazon and my bank are getting through to my phone only if I get O2 to send me a OTP as a result of me chaniging my O2 account details. When I then get an OTP from O2 all the other OTP's come through. It' seems to unblock the system.

This is clearly and issue with O2's network services.

Any idea how I can get this fixed?

Many thanks
