O2 restricted 18+

Need to get 18+ unrestricted. But my account lists me as a business user incorrectly

Is your o2 account direct through o2 or is it via a 3rd party, as that would explain the problem..

If not then you will need to call 8002 from an o2 phone or speak to the people who manage your plan.
