Why was my account upgraded to O2 refresh unlimited 10gb when I never requested it ? Is this an automatic service upgrade?

This should all be visible in your MyO2, @SuzanneQ - and if it is related to the free upgrades for Volt, your tariff will have double-data and your Bolt-Ons will show some Bolt add-ons:
