hi, i want to turn my voicemail off and switch on my call alerts instead so I get messages whenever I've missed a call, however whenever I ring 1760 or 1710 it says its not possible as they haven't received my number. I tried to call customer service but no one is putting me through and it is just hanging up on me. Can someone please help me?

It may take a few days for your number to populate on the system.

I've had my number for a very long time and it keeps saying the same thing whenever I try to turn my call alerts on

Lots of numbers here to try and the one ending in 4005 is working ok
