O2 bars on phone.

Hi there,

I am not sure what to do and hope you can help!

Three weeks ago, I mislaid my phone so I rang O2 to have it barred. Luckily, I found my phone the next day (don't ask!) and so called customer services to have the bars lifted. They told me it would take up to 24 hours.

I have since made countless calls back to O2 to try and get this issue resolved as it's still barred even though OO2 tell me that there are no bars on the phone. My sim works in other phones. I have done a factory reset as per their advice and still, no network. It says 'network unavailable' / 'phone not allowed'.

I don't know what else to do...

Thank you

Angie

@AMoulin

I'll tag in @O2Sarah- to check in with you in the morning.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
