Hi @Mizomi - this is a customer-led forum for end-user guidance, it is not O2 itself.

PS. The Guru scheme mentioned as a perk in the doc has been superseded by the Tech Support now available in every O2 store, as well as the increased use by O2 of Social Media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) as a customer support platform.

You need to contact your o2 account manager, as their are eligibility criteria, such as size of o2 contract, number of employees etc.  

If you don't have an account manager call o2 business CS tomorrow, and they can advise as the details change frequently
