Is there anyway of finding out if there was an outage/issues on a previous date for O2's network? I need to find out if there was an issue on the 18/02/2022 between 1200-1500. I apparently had important missed calls on this date, however my phone log shows no inbound calls. Oddly, I did receive a text notification from O2 that I'd received a missed a call, however my phone never rang and nothing shows in my call log. Any help would be appreciated as this missed call has caused massive consequences for me.

There's no information available that is that specific regarding any issues.
In all likelihood it could just have been a momentary glitch which wouldn't be recorder anywhere at all.
