Hi,
I hope you are well. I am trying to logon to the O2 App on my phone. I forgot my original details. I provide my phone number and get the security code sent but when I enter it I am told that it is invalid. I reinstalled the App and the same thing happens. What can I do?

Try logging on to the online version via o2.co.uk before logging on to the Community Forum. If you can, use an Incognito tab in your browser - security prompts on O2 to make people change their password appeared about 4 weeks ago, and they are neither intuitive nor effective, @DL1. Hopefully that helps you get the password changed and back into your account in the browser, then the app will need you to login afresh and set a PIN. Only then, login again to the forum here and let us know how you got on.
