Hi,

I recently made a damage claim on my O2 Insurance but had no progress after 4 working days so decided to ring up. I was told that they had no receipt of my phone being picked up, so I was instructed to send a screenshot of proof so they could look into it.

I was told to email "o2.anovouk@likewise.com" so they could look into it for me but this email address doesn't appear to exist. I've tried different variations (o2anovo.uk@likewise.com/o2.anovo.uk@likewise.com) but had zero luck. I wondered if anyone had the correct email address or any idea how to sort this? Thank you!

Hi @laby201

welcome to the o2 Community forum

It seems that Anovo are a mobile repair company.

So have you been told that your phone is at Anovo?

Poor reviews on Trustpilot

As you have been given a phone number by @MI5

I would telephone them

Thank you! It seems that Anovo are the company repairing the phone but it appears to have been lost. I may just email them directly but the specific email address given by O2 had "O2" in it. Very bizarre and frustrating.

@laby201

Was it O2 or Anovo who said it's lost?

It's always easier to call in these cases and confirm tracking details with them.

Anovo don't exist anymore they were subsumed into Ingram Micro a while back..

They are part of Ingram Micro Lifecycle https://www.ingrammicrolifecycle.com and  likewise.com is nothing to do with them...

I would call back the insurance company @laby201 and get them to confirm the details...

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

It was O2. Probably easiest to just call back tomorrow and confirm details there. Thank you!
