Can someone help please? On Tuesday, I called O2 customer care to migrate me fro pay monthly to pay as you go. I provided my new pay as you go sim number but told them to keep my old number. Instead, the new number was swapped for the old one and they then placed it (the pay as you go number) on pay monthly, and my old number disconnected 😕 . I have been on the phone with several agents since then trying to resolve this but nothing. I keep getting bounced around from agent to agent with no apparent solution. This has been very disruptive for me and a very frustrating experience. Pls can someone advise on how to get my old number back?
