Hi all,

I requested my number be ported from Voxi to o2. This was set to happen on the 21st of this month. Both sims went to no service over night and after popping the o2 sim into my phone it's been stuck on no service since. When logging into myo2 my number hasn't updated on there either. Still showing the original.

This is the only place I can get help as I currently have no phone network.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

**Update**

Called customer services who told me everything had gone fine their end in regards to the port. Told to contact Voxi who then told me to contact o2 again. Done that and was passed to 3 different departments to be told that they have raised a complaint and I'll hear back in 3-5 working days.

Pretty poor from o2 really considering i have no service at all.

Hi @O2Sarah- and @gmarkj thanks so much for reaching out. Had some internet issues so was not able to check the forum. Just an update, the number finally ported over yesterday. I'm assuming the raised complaint by the person I spoke to must have had the desired effect lol. All seems to be working fine now.

Thanks again to both of you for your help. 🙂
