Not receiving texts

Hi guys I've just got the s22 ultra last Friday swapped my No over to o2 on Monday but since last weekend I've been trying to reset everything up and I'm receiving text from the wife any Account conformation Text to help me get into accounts or reset my password I'm not relieving them at all and they include amazon my bank and so on any help be much appreciated ty

Some of these "cannot receive OTP SMS" issues need O2 assistance which the support line are not great at fixing - I'll tag in @O2Georgina who is on until 1pm today, she may know who in O2 Support has fixed this OTP SMS receipt issue - keep an eye on your PMs, @Weavy.
