Dear all,

 

I've been using O2 for the last 5 years. I recently started having trouble receiving text messages over a month ago.

 

I went to an O2 shop and they tried my SIM in another phone and realised it was indeed a problem with the SIM. They suggested that this needs higher level support and asked that I call O2.

 

I've tried calling O2 multiple times and each time I get told something new would ring me back. This has happened 4 times and once they sent me a brand new SIM. Even after switching this problem is there and sometimes I don't get calls - it says invalid number.

 

I've tried for over 4 weeks to get this sorted. I haven't got anywhere with tech support. 

 

Any suggestions welcome!

All we can advise is to keep trying O2.
