Have had no voicemail for nearly a month. Had live chat with O2. Promised it would be sorted in 24 hours which was 5 days ago. This is a business phone and customers think we are rubbish without voicemail and I've missed calls and there's no way of knowing who called. How the heck do I get this sorted? Nightmare. Can't even find Live Chat now on the lousy website

If it is a business contract then you need to call 8002 from the phone, as they will be able to help.
