I am a new customer but have not yet received my SIM. You have charged me from 23rd December which is a cheek. I expected you to charge me from when I register the SIM so I find this very distasteful. So I would like the SIM and a full credit for the days  that I have not received it.

All networks work in this way, with sim only as they expect you to receive it in 2 days, but due to how rubbish Royal Mail are with doing there job sometimes it takes longer, but thats out of the control of o2.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to look into this for you.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Hi, Many thanks for your advice. I finally got to talk to a very helpful man who has sent me out another SIM and will credit for the unused time. Hopefully, it will all flow well from now on.
