I have a problem with an upgrade order I made last night.

Your website and apps just send me round in a loop unable to contact you about it!!

The website directs me to the myo2 app which constantly says all agents are busy on the chat function, clicking support takes me to your website which directs me back to the app

I need someone to call me or a contact number

@JamesR85

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

This is still happening in 2024. They don't care. If you cannot contact them to raise a problem then their statistics on customer complaints go down immediately

@ExCustomer5 and @Dickiemint - the least-hassle way of getting in touch with O2 and getting your matter addressed (might take a couple of pokes a day to get a reply and engagement, but far preferable to hours wasted on the phone!) is to use Social Media - Twitter/X, Facebook and Instagram all covered in the link below get to the same team - and they get results. Try it, my story here:
