Solved: No sim

My phone keeps saying there is no sim when I have a sim inserted I have turned my phone off and on again and I have also took the sim in and out then it says no service and then no sim again

Sounds like you need a new sim card.

You can get one from any O2 store (take ID with you) or message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
