O2 don't give estimates on when a location will be fixed, too many variables, more than I could go into here. 

This is the same for all networks.

If it requires physical work on the mast then until the weather improves nobody is going to risk injury fixing it

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
