Solved: No signal

I have emergency calls only. How do I contact o2? I can't call them. No signal. I got new sim coming next week but I am now left without a signal to contact anyone.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

are you able to connect to wifi then message o2 on twitter or facebook?

No signal

All incoming calls show as unknown caller

Email received about upgrading but I have a sim on...
