Hi there ive been having issues for the last 6 weeks. My network just lost connection one day and hasnt gone back on- i went to the 02 store and swapped for a new sim and it didnt work, I then put it into a different device and it worked for a few days now it stopped again completely and i cant access mobile data or internet outwith Wifi services!! I've tried all the troubleshooting and factory reset etc and there are no issues with network in my area!

Sounds like an account fault / issue.

Contact O2 to get it checked out.
