Hi,
Does anyone know what to do about the fact that according to the live signal tracker there is an issue with a nearby phone mast causing signal issues in my area? I've just been getting text messages for 3 weeks saying they'll fix it ASAP but then a week later I just get another message with a longer time frame on? I can't make phonecalls in or around my house because of this signal issue. It's becoming a massive pain. I don't even understand what I'm being charged for if I can't even make or accept phone calls. Any advice would be great, thanks in advance.
