Hi, I recently moved into a new build property and I can’t get a signal inside my house at all. Obviously this makes me miss important phone calls, is there anything I can do to help boost my signal?

Use the on-line O2 Network Status Coverage checker tool to see which signal is stronger in your area - 4G can be poor but 3G is good, and step your phone down to 3G, @CarolColquhoun - and do log with the tool that you have coverage issues in your postcode so O2 are aware.

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Good luck in your new home.

Connect your phone to your WiFi and use WiFi Calling is going to be your only option im afraid, as o2 dont provide boost boxes or the like to consumers.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
